そのオープニングテーマ「命のうたが聞こえる」は、デビュー25周年目となる田村直美が担当する。

ミリオンヒット作「ゆずれない願い」(TVアニメ『魔法騎士レイアース』OP)、「Ready Go!」(TVアニメ『ポケットモンスター』5代目OP)などでおなじみの田村直美。

TVアニメ『クイーンズブレイド リベリオン』の主題歌となる「命のうたが聞こえる」は、田村自身が作詞を手掛けており、作曲・編曲はTVアニメ『僕は友達が少ない』『俺の妹がこんなに可愛いわけがない」などで活躍中の若手作曲家・yamazoが担当する。

なお、「命のうたが聞こえる」を収録したCDは2012年4月25日にメディアファクトリーより発売予定。
