フォークソングの名曲「岬めぐり」に乗って、まるで鳥のようにパンティが空を飛ぶという第2話のエンディングシーンがアニメファンに衝撃を与え、賞賛を呼んだテレビアニメ「そらのおとしもの」。昨年6月に公開された初の劇場版『劇場版そらのおとしもの 時計じかけの哀女神(エンジェロイド)』のBlu-ray＆DVDが2月24日(金)に発売される。その発売前日の2月23日(木)に角川シネマ新宿で絶叫上映会が開催されることになった。

「そらのおとしもの」は、エッチな中学生・智樹と彼の前に突然現れた未確認生物イカロスが繰り広げるエピソードを描くラブコメディ。前述したパンティはもちろん、登場するキャラクターが女性ばかりだったり、ギャグとエッチが満載で、これまでに2シーズンにわたってテレビアニメ化され、この度、第3期の製作も決定した人気作だ。

知らない方に“絶叫上映会とは何か？”を説明すると、劇中でお好みのキャラクターが出てきたらその名前を呼んだり、ギャグパートで突っ込みを入れたり、ニコニコ動画で動画にコメントを入れるように、観客が何かリアクションを起こすことで、みんなで盛り上がろうというもの。主題歌をみんなで歌ったりとか、好きな者どうしだけが分かち合える喜びとでもいうべきものだ。

当日は絶叫上映会に加え、ニンフ役の野水伊織、そはら役の美名、千夏役の合田彩らを迎えてのトークイベントが行われる。また、3人が声優として出演し、4月から第2期のテレビアニメが放送開始となる「これはゾンビですか？ オブ・ザ・デッド」のプロモーションコーナーも設けられるので、楽しみなイベントとなりそうだ。【トライワークス】
